Arianna Huffington threw her hat into the special California
gubernatorial race in 2003 a scant six weeks before the election.
With such short lead time, it was imperative to develop a print
piece that could let the voter know were the candidate stood on
the all the issues - and fast.
With the help of another writer, I knocked out the most printed
piece of the campaign in a week. The flyer outlined Arianna's
positions clearly and concisely. When we delivered the first draft
to the candidate's staff they asked for just one change - a single
pronoun.
