Do you ever want to escape the modern hurly-burly to a more refined
time of courtly grace and beauty? Me too. That what Gilded Galas
is all about.
I helped the client refine their vision and designed a web site
that could be easily adapted to showcase their latest social event
- in this case a New Year's Eve ball.
Inspired by the posters of the gilded age, I created artwork
for the save the date postcards, invitations, even dance cards.
The site design reflects Art Nouveau sensibilities down to the
colors and fonts. I collaborated with the GG-ers on the copy which
expresses not only their exquisite taste, but that all important
sense of fun.
